The day began unspectacularly, as always. The door of the iron prison on wheels hissed lazily and struggled, in jerks and stops, to open itself. The 10 "dead" people on board slowly stirred reluctantly back to life as the bus driver strode through the aisle, nudging those in their dreamland up, while the others dragged their feet, going down the bus. Obviously, I was one of those that who were in their dreamland, given my reputation as the "sleeping-buddha", as I had the ability to shut down at any point of time. Awaken, I trudged down the bus.

Standing at the school entrance, I made my way to the classroom. Along the way, yawns were heard and faces of jadedness were seen. Personally, I feel that teachers are also having the same feeling as us, having to go in to the same old boring place every single day. Now, stepping into classroom, I slumber into my chair. The common sight of classmates slouching their backs, putting in their effort, trying not to sleep. There would always be a particular bunch of classmates that would spend the few minutes of resting time to copy homework.

Closing my eyes, taking in deep, long breaths, I was then on my way to my wonderland. Sadly, happy things never last long. My worst nightmare, the prefect. Stepping into class, he makes a huge fuss and turns off the light, forcing us to go for assembly. I would be slouching, until the prefect comes and nudge me. Grabbing a random book from my bag, I would involuntarily stand up and make my way to the parade square, with my eyes half open.

Reaching the parade square, the silent reading commences. My feelings would be the same as the weather, dark and cloudy. The word to describe this daily ritual would be --boring. Roughly 1440 students sitting on the ground, fixing their eyes on the book. For me, I would use that chance to have a good rest and enjoy the tranquility that prevailed at this moment. Soon after, the prefect would request us to put away our books and be at attention for the national anthem to begin. Afterwards, my friend, Joel Fun, accompanied with 2 other victorians, would go on stage and lead the school for the national anthem. Personally, I doubt his vocals. Nothing was heard when he was on stage! I think I could sing better then him.

After the flag raising ceremony ended, we would finally get sit on the floor. Various announcements would then be announced, some of which were good, and some were bad. Mr Chia would start rattling, praising certain victorian or punishing certain mischevious fellows.

Not long afterthat, Mr Marian would go on stage and command us to go in the different directions to return to the class. This is when the starting of class commences... ...

A few weeks ago, I watched the movie named,AVATAR. I watched it with my good friend, Joel Guek , along with his brother. The movie was supposed to start at 6.00 p.m, but i reached there at 5.45. Unexpectedly, the queue there was unimaginable. I had expected to be in a queue of about 10 person, however, it was 3 times more than I had expected. My initial plan was to watch the 3D version of Avatar, however, when it was my turn, there was only 2 seats left for the 3D version and there were three of us. Reluctantly, we had to buy the tickets for the 2D version.

Along with caramel popcorn and coca-cola, I simply enjoyed every single moment in the cinema.
No, I doubt enjoyed would be a word to describe it, it should be replaced with cherished.

Now, it is time for the movie, Avatar.

Humans discovered an Earth-like moon of the planet Polyphemus. It is named, Pandora.
Humans are engaged in a mining project of a mineral named, unobtanium, an extremely worthy mineral. However, there are inhabitants on Polyphemus. What made it worse was that the place that the unobtanium was under the holy tree that all of them loved.
Thus, the humans have made a new machine that was able to transfer the human memory into a new temporary body that looked like the inhabitants on polyphemus, hoping that they could know the culture of them and then negotiate a fair offer. Sadly, the inhabitants were hostile towards them and killed humans everytime they saw them.

One fine young man named Jake ventured into the forest and went eye to eye with the inhabitants. Suprisingly, they did not attack him and treat him as a guest upon meeting the rest of the inhabitants. When the humans knew what Jake went through, thus, they gave him 3 months to negotiate with them and learn the culture.

After 3 months, he still did not bring up the topic to them and even fell in love with the princess living there. The humans decided to engage the attack on the inhabitants and Jake too. Jake, became the general and let the inhabitants to war.
Too know the outcome, watching the movie would be a fabulous idea. It is still being played in the cinemas due to the great response!

In my opinion, Avatar is the best movie ever I have watched. The war scenes were fabulous. They were magnificent. It was indescribable. The action was great! What was best was the storyline. It had quite a lot of special effects with all of them having high standards. The actors were great too!

Personally, I would give it a 9/10. Missing this show would be the worst mistake you would have committed in your whole life.

Welcome to my blog~

Now its time to talk about someone, and that very person is none other than me. Being a teenager, my interest are quite common. My interest include basketball, soccer and badminton. To summarise it, i love sports! =]


I developed at interest towards badminton when i was primary 3. I started playing badminton when my primary school was having trails for badminton. As that was my first time, i failed the trail. However, that was the moment when i started playing badminton. Within the years, my badminton skills have improved quite a lot.Well, at least it was better when i just started playing.

Now, lets talk about soocer. This very sport was one of my favourites when i was primary 6. I used to play it daily. When i am at home, looking the clock , thinking"I am bored." And yes, the first thing that comes to my mind would be none other than soccer! Scoring a goal gives a sense achievement.Giving an assist would lead the team to happiness. Even a tiny move can help to save the team from losing a goal or letting the team get a goal. What can be better than soccer?

I had this mindset until i came to know basketball.

I was introduced to basketball at secondary 1. As there are many basketball professionals in my class, i somehow got influenced. One especially good one would be Bala. When i started playing, i was not very good but still had some luck with some of my shots. My friends all said that it was just "beginners luck", but i thought i had natural talent. After playing more oftenly, i am alot better than when i had just started. My current target is to surpass Bala!

Today, It was NCC land day, otherwards, CCA day which means its time for me to stay till 6.00 p.m.Today i had games time!We played captainball. I had a fun time!~
Obviously, my team owned the other team until we played the game where the secondary 2 versus the secondary 4. They were extremely tall so it was playing a hopeless game.However, without challenge where would be the fun! At least my team managed to score a few points.=)

After CCA i went to macdonalds! After eating a MEGA mcspicy with an upsize, i doubt bloated could even describe how full i was. Had fun playing with ice with XJ-Xian Jun and Nicholas =] XD

Hello People!Now, i present to you my dinner. At the left, the white and red and yellow food is the fish. My mother does it like almost every single day, with the same seasoning and taste.Down there at the bottom of the picture is the vegetable!It contains fishcake and kang kong.It looks delicious though, but it taste too salty.
The right side of the picture is none other than the soup. That is my mother's speciality soup. It is the best soup I had ever drank, better than those expensive restaurant. Right at the top is the rice i just recently tried. My mother says its more nutritional so what can i do?The background is the newspaper. My mother does not want to spend a lot of time trying to wipe the table.
This is my usual dinner almost every single day. However, my mother cooks once in a few days only. She does not like the cleaning of dishes after dinner.
I love food.

Well, I had quite some fun eating sweets in class.Today was just another fine day at school, had quite a fun time!Wednesday is the best day of the week because all of the lessons are seriously fun, especially english and pe theory. Nothing beats spending time in the computer lab during english lessons.By the way, I have just quited dota 2 days ago!Congratulate me people!

I am DeHan.Isn't it a cool name?Wanted a christian name but to no avail.This is my very first time blogging! I had some helps with my blogskin, which was kind of troublesome.And now, it is time to talk about me.
I am an average little kid with some big dreams, maybe being the future obama.Just kidding.I am a polite, handsome, decent, etc. young man.I did pretty well for my current results and my family is pleased with me. I am in NCC and Dragonboat. You will be in awe after looking at my 6 packs.Just kidding. I am not very strong, like some people in the dragonboat team. NCC is fun!

My Hobbies.
I love sports. Especially basketball and soccer! One uses the hand and the other uses the legs! well, i am good at both, at least i think i am.I usually play basketball or soccer after school with my classmates.I am going to quit playing DOTA-Defense Of The Ancients!I'm gonna put my heart to it and leave the computer for good!Until my first english lesson came, when i found out i had to use it once again.
